Hi, I'm Sinéad
I'm a CORU Registered Dietitian with a first-class MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from UCD, and clinical experience at the National Maternity Hospital, Dublin.
I built Nourish to Flourish because I kept seeing the same thing in clinic. Intelligent, motivated women doing everything right, and still not getting results. The advice they were following wasn't designed for the body they have at this stage of life. So I built something that is.
Whether you join the group programme, work with me one-to-one, or partner with me on a brand project, you'll get clinical expertise grounded in evidence, delivered in a way that fits real life.
