Terms & Conditions

Last updated 24 July 2026

These terms apply to your use of www.sineadodonovan.com and to purchases of our programmes and services. By using the website or purchasing a programme, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

The website and services are operated by Cineálta Health Limited, trading as Sinéad O'Donovan Nutrition and Dietetics, 51 Bracken Road, Dublin 18, D18 CV48, Ireland. Company registration number: 818711. You can contact us at info@sineadodonovan.com.

Sinéad O'Donovan is a CORU Registered Dietitian (registration DI057794).

Our services

We provide the Nourish to Flourish group membership programme, IGNITE one to one dietetic coaching, free educational guides, and consulting services for brands and organisations. Details of what each programme includes are set out on the relevant pages of the website at the time you purchase.

Health disclaimer

The content on this website, in our free guides, and in the group programme is educational. It is general nutrition and lifestyle information provided to a group and is not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your GP or another qualified health professional about any medical condition, before making significant changes to your diet, and before stopping or changing any medication. One to one dietetic advice is provided only within IGNITE or another agreed clinical engagement, based on the information you share with us.

Nourish to Flourish membership

Billing. Membership is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe via our community platform, Circle. The current pricing, including any first-month or annual pricing, is shown at checkout. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Renewal. Monthly memberships renew each month and annual memberships renew each year, automatically, until cancelled.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through your Circle account settings or by emailing info@sineadodonovan.com. Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds for partly used billing periods, except where the law requires it or as set out below.

Cooling-off period. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. Because the programme gives you immediate access to digital content and the member community, you consent at checkout to the service beginning straight away. If you decide within 14 days of joining that the programme is not right for you, email us and we will refund your first payment in full.

Price changes. We may change membership pricing for future billing periods. Existing members will be given at least 30 days notice by email before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

Fair use and conduct. The member community exists to support every member. We may remove content or suspend or end a membership (with a refund of any unused paid period) where behaviour is abusive, harmful to other members, promotional without permission, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the community.

IGNITE one to one coaching

IGNITE engagements are agreed individually, including duration, fees, and payment schedule, and are subject to these terms plus anything agreed in writing at enrolment. Appointments and clinical records are managed through Practice Better. Missed appointment and rescheduling expectations are communicated at enrolment.

Intellectual property

All content we provide, including the website, guides, course materials, recipes, meal guides, recordings, and community posts by us, is our intellectual property or used under licence. It is for your personal use as a member or customer. You may not copy, share, resell, or republish it without our written permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post in the member community. By posting, you give us permission to display it within the community. We will never use your words or story in marketing without asking you first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a programme is limited to the amount you paid us for that programme in the 12 months before the issue arose.

We are not liable for outcomes that depend on individual circumstances. Results from nutrition and lifestyle programmes vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of specific results.

The website

We work to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated by email with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
