Submit your food diary between sessions. Sinéad reviews it and gives you real feedback before your next session.

The process
We talk for fifteen minutes to see if we're the right fit. Or if you already know IGNITE is for you, you can enrol directly without the call.
After your call or enrolment, you complete a full intake assessment. We start with a deep look at where you are, where you want to go, and how we'll get there.
Bi-weekly sessions, ongoing support between sessions, real adjustments as you progress. By the end, you have the tools and the patterns that work for your body, not just for the duration of the programme.

The dietitian
Sinéad is a CORU Registered Dietitian with a first-class MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from UCD, and clinical experience at the National Maternity Hospital, Dublin. She's helped over 500 women find a way of eating that works with the body they have now.
What sets one-to-one work with Sinéad apart is the depth of clinical assessment, the personalisation of each plan, and the ongoing access you get throughout the four months. This is dietetic practice at its full level, made available to women who would otherwise only encounter it inside a hospital or private clinic.
