The dietitian

The dietitian behind the programme.

I'm a CORU Registered Dietitian with a first-class MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from UCD, and clinical experience at the National Maternity Hospital, Dublin. I've helped over 500 women find a way of eating that finally works with the body they have now.

I kept seeing the same thing in clinic. Intelligent, motivated women doing all the right things and still not getting results. Not because they were doing it wrong, but because the advice they were following wasn't designed for the body they have at this stage of life. Nourish to Flourish exists because women deserve better than a plan built for someone else.

How do I know this will work for me specifically?

You choose the approach that suits you, from five different nutritional paths. Sinéad reviews your progress every week and gives you real feedback. You get personal guidance, not a template. The programme adapts to your life and your goals, not the other way around.

Is it worth the price?

The annual membership works out to roughly the cost of a coffee a week, and most members claim back a meaningful portion through their health insurance.
