What I want for the women I work with

The outcomes I'm most proud of are not the ones on the scales.

They're the woman whose cholesterol came down after years of it creeping up. The woman who stopped restarting every Monday. The woman who finally enjoys eating with her family again. The woman who walked into a wedding fitting feeling good about her body for the first time in years.

The truth is, I built Nourish to Flourish and I work one-to-one through IGNITE because I want women to stop fighting their bodies and start feeling at home in them. Energy back. Sleep working. Mood lifted. Food relaxed. Health markers in better shape. And confidence that's not performative, just real.

What you'll read below is not a marketing exercise. These are women who decided to do the work, and the work paid off. I'm grateful to every one of them for putting their experience into words.

Overall I have found the service to be hugely beneficial both physically and mentally. Physically I have more energy than ever, with reduced lethargy and no mid-afternoon slump. Protein in the mornings has been my biggest learning and it has paid off hugely. I've lost over 5kgs in 6 weeks without really trying, and that's a healthy and sustainable way to lose weight.
